According to Wikipedia “The Paleolithic diet is a modern nutritional plan based on the presumed ancient diet of wild plants and animals that various hominid species habitually consumed during the Paleolithic era—a period of about 2.5 million years which ended around 10,000 years ago with the development of agriculture and grain-based diets.”

I really like the Paleo nutrition and lifestyle since it is similar with many of my personal principles about healthy eating habits. Just like most Paleo diet followers I too consider the consumption of fresh, organic, unprocessed food very important. I also believe that many of the modern eating habits are unnatural and dangerous and can negatively impact your health and promote obesity. Of course I am the living proof of that fact since my “modern eating habits” led me to develop such problems.
