As usual I am creating a monthly post of all the important articles that I covered over the previous month. In this post I will refer to April 2013. Also I will take a quick peek on the matters that I am going to write about on the upcoming month of May.

How to prevent sugar and food addiction. In this article I am analyzing how unhealthy foods and sugar can be addictive. Many people believe this is a myth but unfortunately there are scientific evidence about the existence this phenomenon.

In April I have finished my article series about the French “Montignac diet” or “Montignac method” that is another diet approach about how to lose weight and maintain it without calorie counting just like the Atkins diet. You can find the all the articles here:
