How to do If It Fits Your Macros (IIFYM) like a pro also called flexible dieting. IIFYM is an interesting approach about a less strict than usual nutrition that can lead to weight loss and muscle development created by bodybuilding enthusiasts.

How to use an online calorie counter for weight loss is a collection of some great resources about where to find and how to use various online sites with calorie, macronutrient and micronutrient calculators. Also where to find some great websites in order to calculate your basal metabolic rate (BMR) and total daily energy needs (TDEE). Finally some cool resources that can help you calculate how much calories you can burn with various types of exercises.

Paleo diet – Top Websites and Forums with Epic Resources is an article that includes all my research about the most important websites and online communities created for people passionate with the Paleo diet and lifestyle. You can find some superb information there in order to start with Paleo or add more info into your arsenal if you are already following this new trend.


Many people asked me to write about what were the most useful products that I used in my journey to burn 121+ pounds of fat. Since not all supplements or fitness equipment work the same, I have decided to create a new category where I will only write about what items have actually worked for me.

Optimum Nutrition Opti Men is the first article review I created in this category mainly because it was the first supplement I ever used and still remains one of my favorites even after all those years have passed. You should go check it out and read about all the benefits I enjoyed that can work for you too!

Other useful topics

Diet coke caffeine and insomnia problems is all about my personal experience about the insomnia problems I recently faced due to drinking diet coke. I am writing here about the correlation of caffeine and insomnia and what can be done to avoid similar problems and still be able to enjoy your favorite drink.
